- Ensure the tender response complies with specification.
- Check the proposed system design.
- Track the implementation stage and ensure the applicable standards are met and the quality of workmanship is satisfactory.
- Perform site inspections at key milestone points during the project
- Sign-off and handover to ensure tender compliance has been achieved, the system is programmed and commissioned and fully operational, documentation has been handed over and training has been completed to the satisfaction of the end user.
